Manufacture

We manufacture 190 sets of stairscases every month. The wood is dried in HILDEBRAND drier at 8- 10%. The capacity of the drier amounts to 800 cubic metres of wood.

The staircases are manufactured on the most high- tech machines of this kind in Europe. It is the MAKA PM-270, 5- pivots machining center, which is the heart of the production the only such center in Poland. The equipment plant guarantees the highest quality of manufactured staitcases.

Joined with COMPAS 9.00, the best software for staircases manufacture, almost all requests of the clients will be satisfied.

Having been varnished the products is flawless. With such treatment of the product, we offer our customers a five- year warranty for the staircases. The warranty includes the stairs, the constuction and the wood.
